By downloading, installing, or using dbflow ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Software.
dbflow is an offline desktop application for database ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) visualization and migration generation. The Software runs entirely on your local machine and supports MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, dbflow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Software for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with the license type you have acquired.

dbflow is currently provided as beta software. This means the Software may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. The Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during the beta period. We appreciate your feedback and patience as we continue to improve the product.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DBFLOW AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
dbflow may connect directly to your databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) as configured by you. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your database credentials and connections are properly secured. dbflow does not store your database credentials on any remote server — all connection details remain on your local machine.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software from time to time. While we strive to maintain backward compatibility, we cannot guarantee that updates will not affect your existing configurations or workflows.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
